Wondering when your hat will be on its way? The answer depends on whether you’re ordering an in-stock finished hat or a custom design. Here’s how to plan ahead.
In-stock finished hats
Standard finished hats that are in stock are generally dispatched within 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed. This is the time before shipment, not the time it takes for a carrier to deliver your order.
Custom and made-to-order hats
Custom or made-to-order hats generally take 30–50 business days to produce and dispatch after the design and order details are confirmed. Production time can vary with the requirements of your order. If we expect it to take longer, we’ll let you know.
After dispatch
Delivery transit time depends on your destination, shipping method, and carrier. If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, we’ll provide the tracking information when your order ships. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing.
