Materials and Craftsmanship
At Honlida, quality starts with the raw material. We mainly use imported Australian wool felt and selected high-grade wool felt, giving our hats a smooth hand-feel, stable structure, and long-lasting shape.
Each Honlida hat is produced through multiple processes, including heat shaping, mold blocking, hand finishing, polishing, trimming, stitching, and final inspection. Before shipment, our team checks key details such as hat shape, firmness, color consistency, sizing, lining, sweatband quality, and overall finishing.
We produce classic styles such as creased-crown cowboy hats, high-brim western hats, elegant dress hats, and everyday wide-brim hats. We also support custom development based on your own design, sample, or reference images.
With more than 1,000 hat molds, our factory can quickly match many popular market shapes. For special projects, we can also develop new molds according to customer requirements.
